What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, life happens. If you need to cancel for any reason at all, call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. After 24 hours, a small deposit will be held in order to pay for the provider’s time. If appointment is canceled less than one hour before session, a 50% fee will be leveraged because the provider is no longer able to fill that spot.

Can I make an appointment for my child?

At this time, we do not allow anyone younger than seven years to be in the spa. Although we have a ventilation system, fans, and carbon filters, there is still some smell. Though the fumes have been proven safe to breathe by governing regulators and safety organizations, some people do report headaches. And since children are still developing and their lungs are so tiny, we would just feel better to take no risks with them. Children over thirteen may have a normal appointment or walk in, but children between seven and thirteen need to have an appointment in advance. We will make sure that no fume producing events take place right before or during your child’s appointment.

Can I bring my children or pet to my appointment?

Unfortunately, Siren Spas does not allow pets or children without appointments in the salon at this time. We strive for a relaxing and soothing environment while we focus on our clients. With children or pets, your provider would be distracted and have her attention torn.

Do you host parties?

Absolutely. If you wish to plan a bachelorette outing, a kid’s birthday party, or a relaxing day for your social club, we’ve got you covered. During the party, you and your friends will be the only clients in the salon. Please call for available dates and packages.
